Stainless steel faucet laser welding machine is a high-energy pulse laser for welding objects.
After the laser power supply discharges the xenon lamp pulse, the light wave of a certain frequency and pulse width is radiated into the Nd3+:YAG crystal through the concentrating cavity, and the crystal illuminates through the resonance to emit a pulse laser of 1064 nm, and then is expanded, reflected, and gathered for welding.
The equipment is equipped with a numerical control operation table controlled by PLC or industrial PC. The welding process is performed with high precision welding on laser frequency, pulse width, worktable speed and moving direction.
